Standard shipping for special-order wedding dresses typically takes 12–20 weeks. However, we also offer a large selection of 'Ready to Ship' styles that can be delivered within 5–7 business days.
Do I need to book an appointment to try on dresses?
While walk-ins are welcome based on availability, we highly recommend booking an appointment online to ensure you have a dedicated stylist and a fitting room reserved for your session.
What is your return policy for bridal gowns and bridesmaids dresses?
Items purchased online can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that personalized items and final sale items are non-returnable.
Does David's Bridal offer in-house alterations?
Yes, we offer professional alterations services at most of our store locations. Our expert tailors specialize in bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and social occasion wear to ensure the perfect fit.
