Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for most items within 7 days of receipt for a refund or 30 days for an exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal or bring your item to any David's Bridal store location with your original receipt or order confirmation email.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn item back in its original packaging. If shipping by mail, print the prepaid return label provided via our portal and securely attach it to your box.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Drop off your package at an authorized carrier location or complete your return instantly by visiting the customer service desk at your local boutique.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
